Our Philosophy

The Blue Jays staff provides each individual with a qualified skill set to help that player develop not just as a player but as a student athlete and young adult. We look for well-rounded young men who are not only productive on the field, but also in the classroom and comitted to achieving their goals.  

What We Do

The Blue Jays program stands for quality instruction to players looking for more out of their baseball experience. We provide top of the line instruction and coaching.  The Blue Jays allow amateur players to showcase their talents at the state, regional, and national levels.  Our goal is to help each player develop their skills and grow into productive baseball players.  Our qualified staff members have all played the game and approach it with a respectful enthusiasm simply not found in many travel programs.  We recognize that it is not about us, it's about your son and his development as a player and a person.  We do not rely on gimmicks or "flash in the pan" products.  We teach how to play the game the right way: respect for the sport, our opponent, ourselves and our families .
